Valentina Albera, founder of Tigre
She has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Turin for over fifteen years, with intensive training in India, where she studied with Shri R. Sharath Jois , Petri Räisänen , Mark Robberds , and Laruga Glaser, and continued with teacher training with David Swenson . She enriches her practice with complementary methods such as FRC Mobility and MovNat (she is a certified Mobility Specialist) , also integrating Vipassana meditation, and gaining experience through intensive retreats around the world.
She graduated as an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist at the ARYM Institute according to the Master Kusum Modak method and attended Blandine Calais-German 's modules regarding anatomy.

This knowledge (which can be of various types) is imparted through the ongoing relationship between the two.
This relationship is based on genuineness, respect, devotion and obedience.
Surrendering to the lineage is like entering a river of teachings that has flowed for thousands of years. A river that masters, past and present, have followed into an ocean of knowledge and wisdom.
