Chi siamo
Tigre was born from the desire to create a space dedicated to practice, personal growth, and community. Each class is an invitation to explore body, breath, and mind with attention and care.
Our approach blends tradition and innovation: from the roots of Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar to modern Mobility and Vinyasa practices , and more radical styles like Jivamukti . We offer year-round study programs and numerous training sessions, workshops, retreats, and events.
We are a community : a space where you can practice, learn, share and even have a cup of tea after class.

Ashtanga yoga
Giorgia Bruno
I began practicing Ashtanga Yoga about 12 years ago, after abandoning dance, which had been my primary form of body movement until then. I attended seminars and workshops with international teachers around Europe and the world, discovering the wonderful world of yoga. I attended David Swenson's teacher training in 2015 to establish the foundations of my teaching. I subsequently traveled to India, to the Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore three times, to discover the roots of this ancient discipline and delve deeper into Indian culture. My classes will be workshops during which we will learn to move the body functionally, prioritizing the breath, which punctuates and guides the Ashtanga sequence, and adapting each posture to each body type.

I'm described as precise and meticulous, but also lively and humorous. In my classes, you'll find exactly this: surgical attention to moving bodies and smiles to lighten the mood, because yoga is a very serious thing, but never staid. I love everything that transforms fatigue into strength: the mountains, running, my daughter. I always have a journey in mind, because I constantly need to have a door open to something new. I started with the physical body—in practice and study, with acroyoga even before yoga, and with anatomy and biomechanics—and then learned about the subtle body: breathing, concentration, meditation, and the study of the history and philosophy of yoga. Unable to choose for fear of giving up too many paths, I followed teachers from different styles and backgrounds, gradually developing my own style: in practice and teaching, I seek fluidity of movement, without ever sacrificing precision; I aim for ever greater knowledge and awareness of the body, through tireless, curious exploration. For me, yoga is a revolution; it is the most effective tool for encountering ourselves with courage and patience and learning to align the body and mind with our desires and goals. I like to offer safe boundaries, inviting the exploration of distant horizons: I carefully accompany you on your personal quest, because the space that yoga offers is a personal space, a space where everyone can feel comfortable to explore, move, and think. My role is simply to help you discover your own capabilities. Hatha Yoga TTC, Nirvana Yoga Shala 200H Meditation and Pranayama TTC, Nirvana Yoga Shala 50H Elemental Acroyoga Immersion, Vienna The Path of Yoga, Yogamarga, with Diego Manzi and Marco Passavanti Mindful Movement Anatomy Series, Matyoucan, with Enzo Ventimiglia Vinyasa Krama, MyMondo, with Giovanna De Paulis

Arianna Porrone
Arianna has been practicing Hatha Vinyasa yoga since 2014. In 2022, she trained at Centrolistico in Milan, the school of Max Gandossi and Silvia Romani, in Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, and yoga for emotions. She is currently in continuing education. Her method is rooted in her academic studies. A PhD in political philosophy, she intertwines yoga teaching with the principles of integral ecology and stories of the world told from the perspective of those who, daily, deconstruct it through another kind of force.

Alessandra Bellino
